I rode fireroads and 1 dry trail at Rayburn this morning before the rain started and came across many signs for private property in front of trails that I have ridden for 5 years or so. I abruptly ended my ride and am looking into this now. Does anyone know what the story is? Can we still ride here, is this a joke, or did another big chunk of loop just get sold to developers again?
