Rode Pine Hill Park yesterday after hiking there previosuly to ensure all was okay.

Stayed on the more southern aspects and enjoyed a dry, firm ride with excellent trail conditions. Only trouble spot was near the trailhead where there was some squishy. Some trails, specifically Jersey Turnpike, were mid-summer dry.

With the rain coming though, it will be best to steer clear for a while.

Everything is dry. Trailhead is dry and firm and everything is ridable. I rode nearly all the main singletrack and returned with clean legs and a clean bike.

Very dry out there. Mid-summer conditions.

I have been there. A great place to ride especially if you are not looking to do DH stuff available at Killington and other ski resorts. It is not listed in any of the VT guides. Well
marked. Lots of switchbacks. Nothing too extreme but challenging. I love the burm built
near the HT lines.
