Progressive 5th element

So I just picked up a 5th element that was rebuilt by avalanche downhill. My problem is I have to soft of a spring I need a 450 spring. Anyone have a spring or know where I can get one. I did a google search and came up empty. Any help would be appreciated

Most springs will work as long as they are the same dimensions, which should be printed on the spring you have now.

I bought a fox 450 x 2.8 and it's not long enough. I turn the adjuster down and it runs out of threads. Would I be better off getting one for a longer stroke
