I started building this frame up as a 650B and realized that its too tall for my stubby legs. Only been test ridden in the house.

Its a 16" which is closer to Medium that a Small in my opinion. Here's the geometry:

An FSA Orbit headset is included that is complete except for the star nut.

Yes there is plenty of room. I'll pop the wheel on and take a photo this evening.

There's a few documented 650b builds over on mtbr.com.

Good clearance.

You say the standover was too tall though? What were you going to use for a fork?
