PR, TT loop 3/4 rideable

there is more riding than walking
for a 5 mile loop.

rt3 overlook is the worst, snow built up on that

PR TT loop now 100% ridable....to a degree. u need some magic beans to
get up some grunts.

but it is all packed and stomped
