29er tires and crank arms

I am building up my new 29er and need a few more bits:

- 29 inch tires - preferably Panaracer Rampage or WTB Exiwolf but I am open to pretty much any tires if they are a good deal

- Crank arms - I only need the arms, no rings or BB - I would prefer the X-type style (Race Face, FSA or Shimano) but I might consider ISIS as a last resort
