The only smell I get is from the fact that Fox is providing the coverage. If there is something underhanded going on, you can rest assured that the GOP would challenge the results, with a very well-funded suit. If it dies on the vine, you can rest assured that the whackos under Rush, et al, will still not let it die. If it proves to be smoke and no fire whatsoever, see the previous sentence.

Let the process run it's course before you take anything Fox says to the bank, really.
