Yudicky at night

Wondering if this place would work for solo night rides. Would this be a safe thing?? Anyone have any experience with this??

Sure, it'll be fun as long as you know your way around - there is only one trail signed - but even if you do get misplaced, you're never more than 1/2 mile from civilization.
You'll want to take extra care on the man made stuff when you go solo. Some of it gets, & stays, real slippery from rain or dew.
And wear blaze orange this time of year.

We will most likely be riding Yudicky on Wednesday night. Usually start around 5:30-6.
Trials are still pretty clean and the lights work really well there.

Thanks for the replies. I'll going through the area occasionally over the next couple weeks, and getting a ride in would be a bonus.

Ever have trouble with safety for vehicles, or self, out there?? Rather populated area surrounding the trails and coming out of the woods to a gang of youths surrounding my vehicle would not be my idea of fun.

No & no. I've been out there solo morning, noon & night and never had a problem. (but then again, I'm a "big strapping girl" ;) )

Usually the ballpark lights are on at night, but now that softball season is over, they might not. If parking down at the end of the ball fields spooks you, park at the begining of the road.

I used to ride out there at night along some and it was fine. It was a couple years back for me and I remember it being pretty spooky around twilight...but maybe that was just me..... it was fun though.
