Comcast "SmartZone" Mail Service

Is anyone else having trouble with the new SmartZone system from Comcast?
As of this posting, I cannot so much as even get in to retrieve my mail. I tried it with both Windows Vista and MAC Leopard thinking it was just an operating system bug. Guess what? Neither system can access it. I was also informed that Firefox couldn't access it either. Now,I'm scrambling to warn my "connections" to use one of my other "mailboxes". So, how long is this problem going to last? Any guesses?

it's OK with XP on Outlook and with Mac OS10.5 on Safari or with Mail.
kinda slow, but better than before they started using "SmartZone"

Now it's working. But, what a mess the other night was. It still needs to have more bugs worked out of it.
