Yes 23 inches!! This was my first mountainbike. A 1988 Panasonic Mountain Cat, bought at Farina's in Watertown. Still has Specialized Ground Controls(not original, the originals were Fisher Fattrax), thumbshifters, and cantilever brakes. It still works, would be a great beater to get ya to work or ride around town. Hasn't been ridden much for many years, just gathering dust in my garage. And yep, same color as the not-so-old HKII you were just lusting over.
