A couple of photos here showing the transformation of a new boardwalk in the Tyngsboro side of the Lowell Dracut Tyngsboro State Forest. This was our 6th and last TREK/NEMBA TM for 2008. Thanks to all those that helped make this another successful year. The mud hole in the first shot has been growing by leaps and bounds the last 5 years due to illegal ATV activity. This new structure will be around for a long time.

That's the spot all right. I'll bet you've thrown a few sticks in that hole over the years. Might open the door, down the road a bit, for future considerations in that area. In the meantime look for the snowmobiles to pack down the doubletrack in that area for good winter riding.
