Vietnam 7/26, evening ride

I'm just starting to get my Freeride on, and I'm dying to explore Vietnam. Would anyone be willing to show me around for a couple hours? I'd be getting out of work by 4 and I should be able to get down there by 5:30 at the latest. I'm riding a beefed up Dawg w/ a Pike so I really can't do anything huge but I'm willing to give most things a shot. I'm not sure how much of a role stamina plays at Vietnam but I ride 3 times a week so I should be able to at least keep up with most;). Lastly, where do I park, and should I bring my knee/shin guards?

Unfortunately, I can not help you regarding the "guide" to Vietnam, but I thought I'd put this out there anyway...

My BF, his 15 yr old son (Chris) & I are riding Vietnam Saturday - we are meeting there at 5pm. I have sent out an email to all my riding buddies & included your request for a guide in that email. I told them that if they couldn't come I'd be glad to pass on any information they have to you.... also told them you had posted here... so maybe they'll answer you directly.

Finally, I don't know how many people will be meeting to ride with us on Saturday, but if you would like to meet us & see what happens, you are welcome to. I'm sure Chris will probably hit the free-ride stuff with you and if our group turns out to be big enough we can split up - some to freeride & some to go with me... LOL (Mark will be jealous if Chris gets to freeride & he gets stuck with me alone :p).

Mark & Chris said you guys had a great time! We'll let you know when we go back! But in the meantime, I hope to see you on another ride - keep an eye on the posts here. Everyone here has been really nice & fun so far!

BTW - unfortunately, I didn't get any pics of you - but i only had the one chance b/c nancy & I lost you guys so quickly. I'll get you dodging a tree next time :)
