Found in Wendell: Small red rebound adjustment or wrench

I was riding today around the pond loop at Wendell state forest and I came across a small red piece. To me it looks like a rebound adjusting knob, but it could be anything. PM me or respond to this post if you've lost a piece of your bike in Wendell recently.
