No, just Mass. I'm in Worcester.

Probably any of the trail systems on the cape, which lend to good drainage. Otherwise, there isn't any trail system that is recommended for "rainy riding" per se. It's a use your best judgement kind of thing...during the summer, many trail systems drain well...ymmv
