To all who live near Lexington -

Please see the flier below from a scout who is collecting bikes for donation to Bike not Bombs as his Eagle project. I encourage you to do what you can to support this worthwhile idea, and pass it along to others you are acquainted with. Please direct any questions about the project to the scout contact listed on the flier, as I am only the messenger.

Those in Need

In association with Bikes Not Bombs
Donated Bikes will be Repaired and Shipped overseas to help those in
Third World Countries to be used for transportation to work, school,
medical appointments…
Clean out your garage and bring your gently used Adult Bikes to:
Boy Scout booth near Muzzy Street (11 am - 3 pm)
-or-
Hancock Church Parking Lot (10 am - 3 pm)
Both Locations will have a working staff of Boy Scouts ready to receive and
repair your bicycles in preparation for shipment
A $10.00 Donation along with each bike is requested, but not required, to
cover shipping costs.
