Looking for a Sport rider for mens 4 person team

My team is competing in the 24 hour race at Great Glen (http://www.24hoursofgreatglen.com/) this August. One of our teammates had to drop out unexpectedly so I'm hoping to find a replacement sport rider.

My team has competed in this race since 2002 and we've always placed in the top 5 in our division. We're strong, serious, and committed and looking for the same. Someone who can do a lap between 45-55 would be ideal.

You had me right up to the "strong, serious and commited part".. does this entail things like stopping and studying on the trail and/or obsessing over bicycle cleanliness? ;) Am I to take it that heavy boozing and racing with a hangover are frowned upon??
