So, I am graduating in a few weeks with a BS in Electrical Engineering. I know some of you guys on here are in the engineering field.
I'm wondering if anyone knows of some of the "better" companies to work for in the MA area. I'm trying to get a more complete picture of where to work and what kind of stuff to avoid.
And really, any advice anyone may have.

Congradulation, CC. What school?
Have you given some thought about going for your PE (Professional Engineer) license? Or even the EIT (Engineer in Training). They will open up doors for you. Once you get it, they can't take it from you.
I just got out of 35 years with a local 'power' utility company. Started sweeping wet parking lots, finished as a senior substation designer. As they say, from the ground, up.
Use the school's placement office, to start.
You never know whom you'll meet on here. I just ran into (ran over) a guy that I worked with 15 years ago, on here. Yup! Nemba memba. It's a small world.

Hey,
I am graduating from Norwich University. I plan on going for the EIT next year. I had planned on doing it this spring but things got a little hectic so I am holding off until next year.
I am hoping someone on NEMBA has at least some idea of good places to work and such, I know there are a number of older guys on here that are in that field.

I know there's plenty of places to work, I just wanted to know if there were any "bad" places that I would otherwise be oblivious to knowing about...
