Wow.
The trails at Lynn are pretty sick. Lots and lots of smooth granite with steep climbs and rollers and hucks oh my. Now I see why they call it the 'Moab of the East'.
Here's the LINK (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ZmyWtAXDmQ&fmt=18) to the video that I shot yesterday.
Enjoy.

Thanks.
As far as the armor goes, I guess everyone has a different comfort level. I had on the full leg armor and elbow pads. I went without the full faced helmet because I thought it might be too hot.
I had a couple of good crashes yesterday. Lets see...one endo where I landed on my wrist which still hurts from the last time I landed on it.
A nice bruice on the back of one leg.
One severely bent derailleur hanger, one badly bent brake lever and one shattered shift indicator cover.
Oh well.

Thanks Bob. First time I've missed this ride in at least 5 years. Good to see Kranky Karl "Celebrating too Early". And nice shot of the Silver Turtle on Showtime.
Since Blue Cross/Bull S*** Sucks, I have to pretty much PT myself, so thanks, now I'm inspired to go to the gym and sit on a lifecycle for a while.

You're welcome.
Heal up fast.
Kranky Karl kicks azz!
And Silver Turtle? Well...he's just some sort of mutant or something.

Good stuff Bob, video always makes everything look flatter and shorter doesn't it?
Completely forgot yesterday, but you've gotta hand over the camera so we can get some footage of you in there too.

Nah....my riding lacks style. Except for the crashing and falling parts I suppose......

Or when you show everyone up by motoring up that techy climb once first try after you saw the line...
I know what you mean though, I felt like I hacked/bashed my way though everything yesterday.

Thanks Bob....nice job .....cool vid/music. It was great riding with you and the crew on a great LYNN opening weekend. You don't know how much pleasure you gave DR to see me on the failed roll up......actually twice the pleasure...and you made it on your first try. Oh yah, despite the armor, I managed to ruin my cell phone on a dirt roll.
We missed you DR.

Yes. That looks like Lynn Woods alright. Those are some great videos and music, but I have a question. Since when did You Tube offer stereo sound? All other videos that I've watched from them have been of rather low quality mono sound. Have I been missing something?
