View Full Version : Westminster trailbuilding/shuttles 4/26 (X-post)

Recently got approval from the town to build trail on 60 acres of newly purchased open space. We’ve been out flagging and are having a trail build day on Sat the 26th. Figure we’ll start around 9, scratch in some fresh singletrack then follow up with a season-opener session on the shuttle run and some burgers and beers. Should be a good time.

Can likely meet right at Stork's and pile in to head over to the trails; they're just a couple miles up the road. Really easy to get to off Rt 2 also.

It'll be good to get the trail cutting shoes back on, feel even better getting the shuttle run shoes on!!

Dang it! I forgot there's a Lynn trail day this Sat. Sorry boys. I need to represent on the home turf. Have a great day! Oh and a bunch of us are riding 'Nam on Sun. @ 2pm.

Nice - I'm so due for a Lynn trip it's ridiculous...maybe the following weekend. Have fun yo!

Just wanted to throw it out there that in addition to shuttles, I'm also happy to lead an XC ride on the Midstate and some trails we've built on private property (for those would rather do some pedalling after trailwork). We's gots sumfin for everybody!

Trailwork will be just off Howard Rd, Westminster. We should be there from 9am til maybe 1 or 2-ish. Having trouble linking to the map, but it shows up in Google maps.

We'll be at Stork's before/after. PM for directions to his house.

Thanks everybody! Put in a mile+ of nice singletrack, killed off a 1/4+ barrel of brew, and caught a little air to boot. Doesn't get much better than that! Wish I had some pics, cuz today was a keeper.
