Hi,
I posted about this last year, and I think a few people made it up to NH for our first race last June. This year the Mud Hog Trail Race will be happening on August 10, at Gunstock Mt. Resort in Gilford, NH.
We had a great time with the event last year, and are going to be making the course a bit longer and tougher this year, as some of our racers sped through the first year. If you haven't heard of the race, it is a team event where a team of 2 trades off between running and biking over a 6 mile course. At selected points, you will have to complete an obstacle and continue on in race. The obstacle is also the switch point where you switch from running to biking or vice versa. At the end you will have to crawl through a 60 foot mud pit and finish with your partner. After the race there is a picknick/BBQ for everyone who biked/ran in the race.
