I have a new KHS mountain bike with hydraulic brakes and am having trouble fitting the bike on my Thule fork mount rack. The forks don't seem to fit because of the brake barrel at the end of the forks. Does anybody have a suggestion??

Modify the tray by making a small cutout to allow the brake some room. Easily done with some snips and maybe a pair of pliers.

What he said - maybe file it/sand it down so you don't cut yourself on it someday like some guy I know....

Thule use to make a modification kit for the velo-vise.

Yep, just hack the tray to make room. Also, make a spacer to fit between the brake pads when you take the front wheel off - if you inadvertently squeeze the lever while putting the bike on your car, or if someone does it while it's up on your rack, it can be "a bit" annoying.
