More sunny weather predicted for Sunday!
Where: Soccer Fields at the end of Cow Pond Brook Rd., Groton, MA 01450
When: 8:00am, start time 8:15ish
Pace: Intermediate (No interval training, but we'll keep it lively)
We should be able to cover 15 miles more or less, and be home in time for Buffalo's spankin! :rad:
