Anyone know this guy? Over a week since I've heard from him, and he won't even send a tracking number. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but too much time has past and I'm out $150.

Time to let the USPS investigate the money order.

Wow, sorry about that happening to you, I was also interested in it if you passed it up, it would have happened to me.

Is there no way that nemba can track this guy from when he signed up? I hope it is just a mix up and he might have shipped to the wrong address or something like that, but if he is not returning your emails you might be right.

I really don't understand the no communication thing. I had it happen a few times with ebay. It's not like he doesn't know he is selling me the stand. He acknowledged in an email that he received my money order, so I'm not sure what the problem is?

Probably not much Nemba can or should do. However, the USPS has a procedure to deal with cases like this, I'm going to the post office I bought the money order from on Monday to fill out a form and they deal with it from there.

I would rather just have him ship the stand, but I don't see much of a choice, right now......:confused:

Hey Steve,

I just went back to his picture of the stand posting and he used a system called photobucket or photobucket.com. Take a look, possibly you could contact them to get some information on his sign up for the service if you explain he is fraudulent.
