Yeah, yeah, Presque Isle, Maine, is a long way to go but we've got some great trails and a great facility. We have nearly 20 miles of trails, most of which were designed by Rich Edwards of IMBA. Great variety of climbs, descents, dirt jumps, man-made and natural technical sections. The Nordic Heritage Sport Club is hosting a Fat Tire Festival on 9/21 and 9/22. Check out our website for the location and description of the facility, an event flyer, and trail map.

This is the Libra Foundation supported place correct? Weekend coincides with Bradbury Mt. 12 unfortunately.

Yeah. Just so happened that we picked our weekend then they also picked it. We tried to make sure we didn't coincide with a MMBA race or other mtb event. Oh well. We hope to get some of the Central Maine and New Brunswick crowd. We've had riders from The Ski Rack in Bangor and Edmundston and Fredericton riders quite often. Everyone leaves with a smile on their face. If you build it, they will come... Working on a 37' log ride right now.

Come on up and check us out.

Thanks maybe I will. I'm going to do Bradbury so that weekend is out.

I worked for/with Libra for about three years at the redevelopment of Pineland on all of the new infrastructure there.

Cheers.
