And a great one it was. With help from folks from NH, ME, MA, and even Indiana we managed to build two big berms, install a bog bridge, rock armor some mudholes, trim out an overgrown trail, and build three rock and wood stunts in under three hours on Saturday morning. Besides the trail work, we added on multiple killer rides, free barbeque and beer, swimming in the lake and river, and an incredible lightning show Saturday night.
In most places you won't find the town manager on his knees doing rock armoring. In North Conway you will:

Some pretty fun stunts were built at Echo Lake, this one is called the chicken box:

A few wooden features were also built, here's Alex, the co-builder on one of them:

He was styling the nose wheelies.

Frank came up from the North Shore chapter to work and ride; he looks a little bored here though. The big log in the background also goes.

I managed to set a personal record with 12 hand tools on the trailer. The weight was pushing the limit and it was torquing on my frame a bit (I don't recommend this many tools).

Did not get any action shots on Sunday, but did manage to fit in a couple of my favorite downhills, mostly unknown to non-locals. We stopped to sit on a big piece of stone...

Thanks so much to all of you who participated, especially the folks who came from out of town. I hope it was a good time for you all.
