I'm looking for a nice steel rigid fork with an A-C length of around 441 mm. I'd also settle for a sus fork with 80 mm of travel and some sort of platform (terra-logic, spv, etc) to eliminate pedal bob. Anyone got something lying around?

Is that going on the Marin you are restoring?

No, it's for my Gunnar Rockhound that I just converted to SS. I'll probably throw the sus fork from the gunnar onto the Marin when I finally find time to finish it...

How's that Marin project going?
I put a Mars Elite on mine, STX RC cranks remain. Hoping to single speed it with a magic gear ratio. Any thoughts on that?

Slowly. Once the weather got nicer, I really lost time to work on it. So as of now it's a painted frame that needs to be sanded and clear coated, then built. Probably a winter project, as my summer free time consists of the hours between 12AM - 5AM.
As far as the magic gear ratio, I'm not sure what would work. Maybe Sheldon Brown's page has some info that might help. You could always go the half link route...
