WHAT: FELLS Trail Maintenance Day #3
WHEN: Saturday, June 30th, 2007 @ 8:30am
WHERE: Meet at Gate #17 - 55 Hillcrest Parkway, Winchester, MA
(park on Fells Road so you don't get ticketed)
THE 411: This will be a maintenance event. We will narrow the existing trail, fix or implement drainage devices as necessary, and repair existing bridge boardwalk and repair badly eroded sections of trail. This is a great way to get involved and give back to the trails!
This project will require 4-5 trained Trail Crew Leaders and 25-30 Trail Crew - no experience necessary / will train.
Bring work clothes, gloves, eye protection, water and sturdy hiking shoes.
