Escape to the Cape!!! 23rd annual Autumn Escape Bike trek is scheduled for Sept 14-16, 2007. 3 days, 160 miles, 1 great cause. The American Lung Association is hosting the "at your own pace" tour along Cape Cod. Ride is designed to attract the expert and novice alike. The adventure starts in Plymouth and ends in Provincetown, Cape Cod. There is a $500 fundraising minimum which includes lodging in Sandwich and Brewster, meals (including a lobster dinner in Brewter), transportation, cyclo cross clinic, entertainment , prizes and support along the way.
