Here's a link to the sizing chart at Nashbar. http://www.nashbar.com/tech/sizebody.cfm
Size 13 would be a 48. They have a sale going on.
Here's a link to the shoes(MTB). http://www.nashbar.com/results.cfm?category=84&subcategory=1041&storetype=&estoreid=&init=y&pagename=Category%3A%20Shoes
Good luck.

Depends on the Brand.

I wear a 12 , I wear a 46 in most brands , except shimano , has to be a 47 , every one I talk to has had the same experiance that shimano is one size off.

Trust me on this one (I have the 3 pairs of mis-sized shoes to prove it): buy shoes from a LBS, maybe you pay a bit more, but the extra you pay pales in comparison to the extra pairs of shoes that don't fit hanging around your house.

I have to agree with Jisch on this one. Buy the shoes locally so you can try them on and make sure they really fit. There is nothing worse than feet that hurt.

Very true (above statement by Jisch and AA)

I also have a 13 size foot, and when I went to buy my Sidi's, I found the 13 (48) to be a bit too big, so I ended up going with the 47, and I as well as my feet, are much happier.
Can't do that with the internet.
