A little double posting for you folks:
Hey Everybody-Looks like the Trail work frenzy is starting all around New Englnd-The Pioneer Valley Chapter will be hosting a trail work day at the DAR state Forest in Goshen, MA
This will be mostly a clean-up, cut-up, spruce up work day so it will be a great day to get to know the park or just get your trail-work fix in
When: APRIL 28th (Saturday) 9:00am at the main parking area off of rte 112 in Goshen, MA
Where: The D.A.R (Daughters of the American Revolution) SF is located right off of rte 112 (about 1/2 mile north of the junction with Rte 9) in Goshen, MA. Pull into the main parking Area by the lake-we'll meet there.
This will be mostly a clean-up, cut-up, spruce up work day so it will be a great day to get to know the park or just get your trail-work fix in.
The DAR is a fantastic trail network and a place where NEMBA has had a really strong and welcomed presence--so we hope to see many of you there!
Be sure to bring a bike-there will be a ride (as a group or on your own) to follow.
