Another great day for riding yesterday. Trails were in primo condition, excellent weather... I'll cheat again and steal some from my MTBR post...
LRR and I restarted our Saturday morning rides. LRR hit it right out of the gate, clearing two sections she's never done before and clearing one section she's only done once before. All in all an excellent two hours on the bike. We didn't spend much time with the camera (which kind of indicates what kind of ride it was - fun).

Given that today is cold and extremely rainy Slider and I squeezed (squoze?) in our normal Sunday AM ride into Saturday PM. This early in the season doing two rides in one day like this is questionable, especially this ride. Its a brutal 15 miles with a lot of lung busting climbs. It worked out great though, we had another great ride - even met up with Pit from the Bikerag crew... is that brush with fame or what?
A couple of Slider up on the concrete barrier. Its a bit ironic that we ride through all this unbelievable natural beauty in the woods and I take pictures on this concrete, but hey light was good. Slider's loving this new bike.

I took 200 "shadow" shots in a good area, this was the only half way decent one and even this one is questionable.

I thought I was going to get "the agony of defeat" or maybe the "agony of the effort" with this shot as its at the top of some very serious climbing, but Slider doesn't looked as wiped out as he should.

A nice log ride... I surprised myself by riding the whole thing...

All in all a great day and two great rides (and with today's weather I'm soooo glad I got out).
