That there have been no threads on this part of the forum lately.
Mainers must be the most anti social, individuals on mtn bikes!

There. I said it. While looking in a mirror. Talking to myself.....about riding...LOL!!

Plenty of lookers, but noone typing! Hmm maybe the "lookers" are from outa' state.
Anyhoo, plenty of riding to be had this year. Skowhegan's new bike shop will have Thursday nite Mtn Bike rides. 5:45 pm. If you can find Skowhegan, you can come out and ride.

Looking for rides in the Rumford/Mexico area. Anyone out there?

I don’t think there are many Mainers that actually know what a computer is. And yes I am anti-social, but feel free to pm me if your in the neighbor hood. Maybe I’ll get back to you maybe I won’t. “Maine the way life should be.”

The only NH turkey I recognize in that pic is Peter D (far left).

yep, Bear Brook, left to right- Peter D, Severum, PAW and Locotiki. Not sure about the other two, but I bet they are turkeys too.

POST UP OR GO BACK TO YOUR RECUMBENTS!

(Makes me feel like a kid again, using the big booming voice to scare littler kids back in the day.)

Troy is blowing hot air out of his pie hole. Other than Boston terrier poop and empty Heinekens, I don’t have extra “piles” of anything lying around.

We'll have to restock the heineken supply...I just mailed a 12er up to FTW @ Sinister...grease the wheels of production so to speak....

Oh man RJ, your head is going to explode waiting for that frame! I don't think I've ever read so many posts across the forums about a bike that doesn't exist yet. It will be a super sweet ride though despite the big clown wheels...please tell me your got the red sox lettering!

..and since I totally can't stand thread hijacking and we are supposed to be rallying other Mainers here... Toddski riding tip- Pack a good folding saw. I can't tell you how many blow downs (the crappy branchy kind) that we've cleared off the trails so far. Some fricken ATV jerk was riding all over in the woods to go around them, when it would take like two seconds to cut it or move it with the machine...idiot.

Here ya go Todd, another Mainer post. I normally just read the posts to check out events, trail conditions, etc. but you sounded so put out....

Might look you up this summer for a ride down at Mt. A. Only been once and didn't venture beyond Mt. A proper. I hear the pond, 2nd and 3rd Hills (Hell) trails are great.
