Bike shop recommendations near Avon?

I was hoping I might be able to get some suggestions for good bike shops in Avon. A friend of mine lives there and is looking to buy a bike. He has been out of cycling for a while so service wins out over selection.

Travis Cycle on North Main St., Brockton. They're putting on a Cyclocross race again this year, too.
A bicycle shop in Bridgewater Center, on Rt. 18, near the railroad tracks.
You got the Bikebarn on Rt. 18 in Whitman, Whitman/East Bridgewater line. Has road & mtb racing teams. Also, demo bikes.
Bicycle Link on Rt. 53 in Weymouth/Weymouth Landing. Has road & mtb racing teams.
Should be more, check the yellow pages.
How far does he want to travel from Avon?

I am actually for a shop near Avon, Connecticut not Mass.

Benidorm in Canton, gets very good reviews. And also hear good things about Bloomfield Bike. I do not frequent either, but ride with folks from down that way. Guaranteed good experience...service...advice from the shop I use, but that is about 30 minutes to the North in Southwick Mass. Gravity Warehouse is a great shop!!! :rad:

Benidorm is the closest, Gravity Warehouse is another good option. Also not too far a drive is Berlin Bike, or a further drive down to Middletown gets you to Pedal Power. In Glastonbury you've got Pig Iron sports and also in Berlin you've got The Cutting Edge which is a really good shop.
