Foxboro Friday 2/9 - 1:15ish

I'll be riding Foxboro for 1.5 - 2 hours. Moderate pace (~10 mph avg.) covering Town conservation property and the State Forest. Leaving from the dirt lot by 1:15. PM if interested.

I'll try to make it. How are the conditions? Should I bring studded tires? And where will you be starting from?

Hi Bill,

I rode out there on Saturday and did not need studs. The conditions were basically icy snow - any ice was well textured due to the rain mixing in last Friday night. As cold as it's been I doubt there's been much thaw/refreezing that would result in glare ice. I'll be leaving from the dirt lot across from forest HQ. I drive a silver Subabru Impreza wagon.
