Members to volunteers

I attend most of my chapters events, trail work days and meetings, so i see most of the volunteers who attend. I have not done the math, but i'm taking a guess that only about 20% of the membership for Southern NH shows up at events to volunteer and meeting attendence might be around 10%, if that high.

Are other chapters seeing these same percentages?

Are these percentages the average for other chapters?

What are other chapters doing to get more of there members volunteering at trail days, other events and attending chapter meetings?

pretty mutch the same in the PV, the best way I can think of for you to get more volenteers/members to come out and lend a hand is try different times/days until you find the days that pull the most people.
Oh Yeah- and you can never thank the people that show up enough.

No longer attending the meetings of GB, or, having their actual numbers but I would guess it is more like 10% helping out and 1-2% at the meetings. Please correct me if I am wrong!
