Hi,
This is the second fork I have taken apart and have run into a problem that is specific to the Psylo SL I think. I have the lowers off, new seals in place but the Pure Damping side doesn't have the rod extended down at all, so there is no way to put the lowers back on and connect it up? Does that mean the Pure Damping system is shot?
Also when I put the lowers on (tried it anyway to see if there was some trick I missed) I have lost 10mm of fork, so the U-turn gets me from 75-115 and not the full 125?

Is there anything I can do at this point short of taking apart the Pure system and messing with that as well?

Thanks for any info

(been to the website but that doesn't seem to discuss my issue)

You may find your answer over at MTBR on the "Lets Talk about Shocks" board. I think rebuilds of just about every major fork have been discussed at one time or another. If you can't find it through a search, ask a question there, the folks on that board are pretty normal (as opposed to some of the other boards over there at MTBR)...
