I just got my Diesel Bikes DVD. I watched it all the way through this morning. Its great to see New England riding areas represented. Its one of those videos that makes you want to ride, not one of those where you think "I could never do that...".

Frank used two songs from the band (Version Larry) I am in... which makes it that much better (for me :-) )

Anyway, its worth getting a copy...

(BTW - I don't get anything from each copy, so I have no financial interest here - i.e. this is not SPAM).

My chiropractor has shared some clips of Deisel bikes stuff with me from Fort Rock and Lynnwoods and it looks like really great stuff with a complimentary mix of tunes. The riders in the clips are actually out there having fun riding with their buddies and it shows on there faces. He really does a great job of capturing the fun in mountain biking, regardless of ones skill on the bike.

Its a refreshing view compared to some of the professional stuff where the majority of all films is all about doing a big stunt with no real riding. The actors in most of these professional movies suffer at the emergency room after a filming session, instead of being at the pub enjoying a post ride beverage and planning there next ride..

Where would one obtain a copy of Deisels stuff.

Hey John,
Glad people like you contributed to the DVD. I think that helps to convey the fun and local aspect. Pretty cool music too man. And special props to Frank. I shoot and edit video for a living. To see a guy with no formal training turn out stuff like that, is impressive and truly shows has passion for the sport.
