Looking for cheap road wheels

I'm looking to get a really cheap ($40-$50ish) set of road wheels. I'd like them to be fairly decent wheels, maybe a set that has been ridden quite a bit and doesn't have much heavy use left in it or something. I'm going to use them on an early 80s Schwinn I'm building. Anyone got something kicking around they'll probably never use again?

I think I have a front hanging in my garage from a mid 90's trek. If you didn't care about matching them I can check.

80's schwinn ??? Does it need 27 inch wheels or 700C ? most of the early 80's schwinns took 27 inch wheels
