We've laid out the beginner and advanced/intermediate routes for the Boogie and we've added some new to the Boogie trails this year.

Both the beginner and advanced/intermediate loops will include the old "newly refurbished" Lane trail this year. This trail had been overgrown after the logging and was reopened this year by SNEMBA. It's a short steep climb and then a fast swoopy downhill.

The advanced/intermediate loop will include a few new to Boogie trails as well. Chipmunk, the unnamed/unmapped trails up around hall mountain marsh and also all of the Bear Hill trails with the new reroute done by SCA last year. Then my favorite, the Carr Ridge trail, with the new route built by SNEMBA last fall. Really fun stuff.

Awesome route!

I rode the advanced/intermediate route last Saturday morning and started putting up the arrows on the unmapped trails. The foliage is beginning to turn at Bear Brook so not only is the riding perfect there this time of year. But the scenery is pretty spectacular as well. Can't wait to get out there again this weekend.

The trails are in terrific shape after the impromtu work day at Bear Brook this past Sunday. There's a brand new reroute on the legendary Bear Brook Trail, come and ride the Boogie and check it out.

Be advised.

The Deerfield fair is also this weekend. Traffic along Route 43 from Route 101 - Exit 3 to South Road in Deerfield (through Candia) is VERY heavy. If you are coming from the Seacoast area through Raymond and Candia (Route 27) and want to take South road in to Bear Brook (from the back), leave extra time on Sunday morning.

Boy that was a lot of fun. Seacoast nemba and efta put on a first class event. Thumbs up to all of the hardcore Knuckleheads who showed up.
