Anyone going to be in the area?
I'll be camping out at the Burke campground, arriving Friday night, 8/18.

I know I had talked to you earlier about this, I've decided to do tour of CT instead of going up to VT.

Jisch, Edge, and myself had a good ride Saturday at KT.
Here we are close to the end, just before Kitchel.

Jisch making sure we are close to the end.

We tried to make a few videos on Webs and Old Webs, but all we got were tree tops.
The three of us did about 22 miles.
With the weather forecast not looking favorable for Sunday, Jisch and I decided to go back out, so we went out to the Moose Alley area.

At the end of the day, Jisch and I did 35 fun filled miles.
Just as we rolled back into the campground, it started to rain, and rained throughout the night, so I'm glad we went back out, but we should have re-filled our camel backs!
No other riding pics as I was having way too much fun.
Anyways, it was nice to meet you Jisch, and I had a blast riding with you and Edge.

Great ride guys. Thanks for waiting up. That place had the buffiest singletrack I've ever seen and Sidewinder was sick. 30ft high banked DH switchbacks..I found some great stuff by Waterville Valley today to cap off the weekend.

That was a great time! Slider and I got out for a few hours tonight, nice end to a great weekend.
AoF - thanks for sharing the lean-to - key to comfort this weekend!
Doing that many miles in one day is impressive, doing it on a rigid singlespeed - you're sick.
That's my second trip to KT, I was left thinking the same thing as my first trip - "when can I get back?". I'm normally a technical rider, the flow that oozes from those trails is just amazing. Webs, Sidewinder, Old Webs - classics...
You have to ride this place once in your life.

I know I used this music before on another video - it goes well with these herky jerky messes...

I agree with your comments on the Kingdom Trail. Was curious about the trails near WV. Never had a real good chance to ride this area. Where did you try?????
