How wide are those flat handlebars?
And how old is the medium bell nemesis helmet?

I'll take those Claras off your hands...are they complete ( minus the rotors)?

I think those Claras (Clarks?) are hydraulic rim brakes, not disc brakes. The trials guys swore by them for a long time because they're very powerful, but I don't know if they still use them, with the improvements in discs that we've seen lately.
With the Clarks, you gotta keep the wheels true, like with any rim brake.

pretty certain Claras were disk brakes...The rim brkaes had model name/numbers like HS-22 and Raceline
They look like disks in the pic anyway..but hey 10 bucks? ;D

Yep Claras are disc brakes. I think they were spec'd with Cannondales for a while.

I tried out a Crack'n'fail Scalpel many years ago that was equipped with those brakes. I get in the parking lot and one of the levers goes right to the handle, no brakes. Oops. The wrench said they "needed to be bled", I said, I wouldn't buy the bike with those brakes on. The sales guy said they would swap the Clara's over before selling the bike. I didn't buy that bike anyway...
