Trails at Jay peak

I'm going up there next week and staying right at the mountain. Do they have a cross country trail network around the mountain or am I going to have to travel? Thanks.

I have only been up there during the winter but I know they put on a race every year called the jaychallenge. Knowing this I assume there is a bunch of stuff up there.

There are a great mix of trails around the area.

Drop at the shop in Montgomery and Don the owner of First Trax will show you some stuff.

There is some great riding (10-15miles) of singletrack in Montgomery. Down in Jay there is some singletracks, some doubletracks and some great dirt roads. You can do a nice epic ride of about 20miles down there!

Jay is growing rapidly... the trails are sweet and the scenery is great. Local knowledge is a must!
