WHAT: FELLS Trail Maintenance Day #3
WHEN: Saturday July 8th, 2006 @ 8:30am
WHERE: Gate 18 - 2 Hillcrest Parkway, Winchester, MA
THE 411: Gate 18 is near the little old firehouse on Hillcrest Parkway. This project has 2 parts: the first is the installation of a handrail on the new bridge crossing a brook. The second part is building a boardwalk section on a muddy depression and repairing some worn rolling grade dips near Money Hill.
This project will require 2-3 certified Trail Crew Leaders and 20+ Trail Crew - no experience necessary / will train.
Bring work cllothes, gloves, eye protection, water and sturdy hiking shoes.
