What kind of rigid fork? Sulry, Kona etc? I can probably get one fairly easily if I ask around. I wouldn't mind keeping that Marz anyway.

Brendan - sorry - I should've been clearer...I'm looking for a rigid fork *and* I'm looking to do it on the cheap. Not sayin 450 isn't a good price - it's just that I've seen really nice rigid's around here for 250-300 and I still think that's too expensive.

I think what I'm gonna do is get an old bridgestone and convert it. Thanks for the offer though.

I've got a full rigid old school Jamis Dragon singlespeed conversion I'd let go for $200, pickup only. Tange Prestige steel mainframe with 23" effective top tube, Tange chrome 1 inch threaded steel fork, Deore DX headset, XTR hubs, LX canti brakes, Conti explorer tires, LX hollowtech crank. I'm 5' 9" and it fits me fine. Right now I have it set up as a 2X9 with v brakes, but would swap the other stuff back to it if you wanted it. E-mail me at alanrtinti@cox.net for pics.
