came out of the Ridge rd side of Yudicky tonight and finally caught some goober dumping trash. He backed up a trailer and was in the process, I yelled at him to stop and he replied " Its only wood" so I asked if I could go dump some wood at his house, I also noticed a bunch of fast food trash that wasn't there when I went in 30 min. earlier, he again stated it was only wood, so I told him I was taking his license #, rode to my car and drove back over but he had gone. If anybody knows how to find him his NH plate # is 1680922, grey -green mini suv with a little brown trailer

So, did you give his plate # to the police?

yeah called the cops & also called the street dept. maybe if we can get them to move the jersey barriers closer to the road it will discourage others

Talked to Scott Pollic? from our fair city and he agreed to move the barriers closer to 111 and add a couple more, hopefully being more out in the open will cut down on the dumpers

Does Nashua charge for dropping stuff at the dump? We used to be able to get white goods and electronics hauled off for free in Leominster, but since last year they started charging. It just cost me $30 to get rid of an old stove. Not surprisingly, suddenly there's an illegal dumping epidemic in Leominster and Fitchburg. >:(

you have to call for large item pickup, didn't used to charge, but they might now, however the rest of the trash isn't even large, carpets, garbage, bottles, chairs, etc. last fall some a**hole tossed a cat pee reeking carpet along with a for rent sign (complete with address & phone # )and a bunch of kittens basicly people either too lazy or too cheap to drive the extra 2 miles to the dump, BTW
a dump sticker only costs $5
I bet it cost alot more for the dpw to come by and drag all the crap out of the woods and pond

Shodan,
That's good that the barriers will be moved and that's good that you gave the goobers plate # to the cops. Thanks for doing those things! :)

drove by today, barriers moved (not as much as I'd hoped) lets keep our fingers crossed
I hear everythings too wet for riding except for the (very nicely designed) barbwire trails
