I forgot to order a FD in time. I will be running an IRD compact drive road deraileur, utilizing a roller by the BB.
With my trailbike wheels on there it weighs in at 23. Race wheels should be 21lbs.
SAWEET!

Take all those gears off and I bet it'll be really fast ;D
Nice drops, and great looking frame. Is it a production bike or a one off?

Those drops actually are replaceable with some very trick pivoting single speed drops that use the top bolt as a pivot.
This is a pre-production prototype. Production bikes will be available this fall.

If you get a chance post some pics of the SS drop, sounds cool. Are you guys looking to do a 29er frame by any chance? That might make me consider going with aluminum over steel.

That replaceable derailleur hangar is friggin sweet! Sure beats not having a replaceable one (way to many bad experiences with that...)
