Two trail closures at FOMBA, Fireline and Dear Run. Both of these trails have flooded sections where the water is currently a couple of feet deep and not passable. I'll be i'll be checking on the water levels in these areas and will have these trails reopened as soon as these areas dry out. The rest of the trails are still wet, but should dry out after a few days without rain. So please stay off these trails until then.

Many of you may already know that the FOMBA Parking lot and Depot Road bridge were washed out by the flood.
Its going to be awhile before the bridge is replaced and the parking area is repaired, so until then parking for FOMBA will be in the gravel parking lot next to the Auburn Safety Complex on Eaton Hill Road. There is a trail from the north side of this parking lot that goes into the singletrack maze of fireroads. Go left after the humps and then right across the bridge. Continue straight and you'll pass the west entrance to Fireline and then into the boardyard near the Kiosk and Lady Slipper entrance.

Directions: From Rt101 exit 2, go south on Hooksett Road as you have in the past. Continue past the left for Depot Road for a short distance and take your next left just over the brigde onto Eaton Hill Road, near the Auburn school. Go past the school and the graveyard and turn left just past the white shed on the corner of the lot.

FireLine and Deer Run Trails have been reopened.

Parking is still at the Safety Complex on Eaton Hill Road. We've heard from Auburn selectmen that the bridge on Depot Road will be replaced in the fall of this year.
