'Just trying to get the word out and the excitement up!
The weather forcast is looking better then the past week, and I'm looking forward to a good time!
For a good overview of the days activities, click the semass logo at the bottom of this post.
I'll be watching over the "adult" stunts for most of the day, so stop on over to say Hi.

Is Ranger Maggie still letting this go on, after the large amount of rain that fell?
Is it that dry in the BH?
What are the hours?

Us at Ted Wojcik Custom Bicycles are praying to the Gods of warm weather and dry days.
If it's a go - we'll be there w/ our new dually available to test ride...and maybe a little bit of other swag as well

The trails are in good shape so we're good to go for this Sunday. Come and demo a Trek mountain or road bike. See you there!

Well, in defense of the "planners" - we (NEMBA) dont schedule the Blue Hills event, the DCR does, we can suggest, but they really dictate to us. I bet it's also likely very difficult to rearrange the IMBA schedule...
That said, there are PLENTY of events to go around for a while! I too wish that I could be in two places at once this Sunday...
Also, to answer some other questions, "The word from the Blue Hills Rangers and the SEMASS NEMBA crew is that the trails are drying out nicely (with a few puddles and wet spots) and Blue Hills MTB Day will indeed be held this Sunday, May 21. The trails have been arrowed for ride loops and the Houghton's Pond site is dry and good to go."
The list of sponsors is long (I'll post it on Friday) and the event promises to be a winner. Demo bikes galore. Fun and games. More details to follow.....
