As a (price) point of reference, I tried to sell a Bonty hardtail here a couple of years ago; top shelf components, perfect shape, only a few rides on it. I was asking $750 and got no offers. I don't think you're gonna see much action at $2K.

Good point - specially when you can get a brand new '05 for less than that.

Rule of thumb for used bikes - once you buy it, the value drops by half, then maybe half again each year after that.

I think 2002 was the last year RM sold the Blizzard as a built-up bike, and it didn't sell for 2 grand. From 2003 on, Blizzards were sold only as frames, listing for around US$500 to 550.
