I'm lookign for an old cassette to pull spacers from, perhaps a 20T SS cassette cog, and if you had it a 32T non-ramped Chainring - 4Bolt 104BCD please.
Lemme know what you've got in the line of SS stuff.
Hit me with an email at mmcg25 AT gmail DOT com
Muchos Gracias.

just couldn't stop playing around huh ;D
to do it cheap, just use the ramped 32 that you have, and take off the other rings, chop saw some pvc pipe into several different widths, and check out this for spacing your rear cog so you get a nice smooth chainline...i have a really cheap 18t cog that came off a rig wheelset...might have to add another beer to my account though. let me know if you want it.

I have some spacers coming. and perhaps a 20T from IF Rider - that'll get me where I need to be.
Although I'll need at least one Tugnutt because my rear wheel is QR.
Are the Surly ones the only tensioners that will work with QR skewers?

re: the Tugnutt I believe that you are correct in your assumption. Let us know how it works out - if I known about those when I had the Chameleon I may have kept that bike.

I use a tugg-nut on my Chameleon and it's WAY better then the MKS tensioners it had prior. It also comes with a little grommet that allows use with a QR (my set-up). and you only need one (unlike some tensioners that require installation at both sides of the axle)

I had issues with the QR and the tugnut, kept slipping on the trail.
I since went to a solid axle with the tugnut and it works great, zero issues.
Of course now I have to carry a 15mm wrench, but.....
I got a 20T cog from my LBS for about $3.00.
I have some aluminum spacers that I used on my last SS if you want them.
Good luck MMcG!
